At Rosa Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we are here to assist you.

How to Raise a Request

Any request for a return, refund, or exchange must be reported to our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery through:

To help us verify your request, please share the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• An unboxing video recorded from the time the sealed package is opened (highly recommended, and may be required for claims relating to damage, missing items, or incorrect products)

Return Eligibility

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Unused and unwashed
• Free from stains or damage
• Returned in original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories intact

Products returned after use, washing, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Refund & Replacement Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Team:

• Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Approved replacements will be dispatched subject to product availability
• If the same product is unavailable, Rosa Luxe may offer an alternative product of similar value or process a refund at its sole discretion

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges shall not be accepted for issues arising from:

• Normal fabric characteristics
• Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings
• Minor size variations within acceptable manufacturing tolerances

Right to Reject

Rosa Luxe reserves the right to reject any request that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or does not comply with this policy.
